Plans may eventually be organized around different needs: exploratory supporters, research partners, institutional collaborators, and laboratory members. The final structure would depend on operational capacity, legal review, and the services actually available.

A transparent approach
Each plan should state what is included, what is not included, how milestones are handled, what access means, and which claims are expressly not being made.
That means building systems that can handle uncertainty without disguising it, support ambition without exaggerating outcomes, and create room for discoveries that require time. The ecosystem is intended to grow through pilots, feedback, and responsible iteration.
Every project should remain grounded in its field’s standards, appropriate safety practices, ethical review, and a clear distinction between what is known, what is being tested, and what remains speculative.
